Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your lighting fixtures in their original manufacturer's box, ensuring all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
